LYNNVILLE (Special) -- Funeral services for Mrs. Sadie Holdsworth, 78, a longtime resident of the Lynnville community, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Lynnville Friends church.
The Rev. Carl D. Byrd, pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in Our Silent City cemetery at Kellogg.
Harden Funeral Home in New Sharon is in charge of services.
Mrs. Holdsworth is survived by two daughters, Mrs. L. K. (Juanita) Macy, Arlington, Va., and Mrs. Dean (Retha) Lewis of Lynnville; two sons, Cleo of McCook, Neb., and Clifford, whose whereabouts are unknown; and 13 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
The daughter of John and Emma Ratcliff, she was born Sara Jane Ratcliff in the Sugar Creek community.
Educated in rural schools she lived most of her life in Lynnville area with the exception of a few years spent in New Sharon.
