Mrs. Holdsworth is survived by two daughters, Mrs. L. K. (Juanita) Macy, Arlington, Va., and Mrs. Dean (Retha) Lewis of Lynnville; two sons, Cleo of McCook, Neb., and Clifford, whose whereabouts are unknown; and 13 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
The daughter of John and Emma Ratcliff, she was born Sara Jane Ratcliff in the Sugar Creek community.
Educated in rural schools she lived most of her life in Lynnville area with the exception of a few years spent in New Sharon.
