Our community was shocked last evening to hear of the death of Miss Carolyn B. Eppley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel L. Eppley, of South Hanover street (sic), a highly esteemed and highly educated young lady of enviable qualities. Miss Eppley contracted a heavy cold last spring a year ago which settled on her lungs. Her decline was not rapid, however, and she continued her studies at Dickinson college (sic), graduating in June last. In August she was taken to the Mt. Alto sanitarium (sic) and was apparently improving. She suffered considerable fever, however, and growing weaker the end came peacefully yesterday afternoon at 2:45 o'clock. The deceased taught school in West Pennsboro township, graduated from Dickinson with the class of 1905. Besides her parents she is survived by two sisters - Miss Mayme V. Eppley, at home, and Mrs. VanCamp, wife of Dr. W.D. Van Camp, of Plainfield. Her funeral will take place Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, interment in the old graveyard.

Gravesite Details

Per her obits she was buried in Old Graveyard, but I presume she was moved to Westminster Memorial Gardens when her mother passed away.
