Bunkie, La., March 23. - Mrs. J. Malcolm Murchison, wife of J. Malcolm Murchison, a prominent business man of this town and a member of the town council, died here Saturday evening after an illness of four days. She is survived by her husband, six children, one an infant four days old. Her eldest son, Henry, is a student of Davidson College, North Carolina. Mrs. Murchison's maiden name was Celeste Dillon and she was a native of La Grange, N.C. Burial was made in Pythian Cemetery here after funeral services at the Presbyterian Church, of which she was a member of.
