An old citizen of the county, George Ralph, of Houston township, age 73 years, died yesterday of paralysis and old age. He was a well known farmer, and widely known. There survive his widow and the following children; Charles J. Ralph of this city; George E., of Ft. Madison, and Mrs. Laura A. Strickler, of Houston township. Seven brothers also survive, namely; Charles, William, Henry, and Don Ralph, all farmers in the vicinity of Ursa; Joseph Ralph, of Brookfield, Mo.; Thomas Ralph, of Alton, Ill., and Roland Ralph of this city.
