Wednesday night, October 13, 1920.
Anthony Murray passed away at his home north of town, surrounded by his wife and family. The remains will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery Saturday morning at 10o'clock, from the Catholic Church.
The deceased was born in County Mayo, Ireland, and came to this country and settled at Scranton, Pennsylvania. He came to Holt County in 1877. Was united in marriage in May 1886 to Miss Sarah Heenan, in O'Neill.
There are five children, 3 sons and two daughters. The sons are: Edward, John and Frank; the daughters are: Mrs. James P. Kane of Hot Springs, S.D. And Miss Anna at home.
The deceased was one of the early settlers of Holt County and one of our best citizens.
