Livermore, 50, born Maine, was living in Eastport, Maine with Sarah f. 49; merchant Joseph M., 25; Ellen I., 22; gold digger Oliver S., 22; Mary N., 15; and Samuel L., 8, all born in Maine; Almira B. Coney, 40; Joseph S., 16; Margaret Camey, 20, born Ireland.

On November 27, 1823, Oliver Livermore married Sarah Swift Johnson.

Sarah was the daughter of Edmund Johnson and Mary Richards Jones and is a descendant of John Alden and Priscilla Mullins of the Mayflower. Her line of descent is through her mother, Mary, as follows:
