Mr. Fallo was born at Biloxi, Mississippi the son of Dominic A. Fallo (1911-1996), a former Biloxi City Commissioner, and Lucille Slay Fallo (1912-2005). He attended Notre Dame High School and graduated from Biloxi High School in 1958. He was an alumnus of the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of Miami, as well as, a veteran of the US Army.
Dale B. Fallo was survived by his parents; two daughters: Deborah Lynn Fallo and Danille Lorraine Fallo, both of Seattle; and and Dane Fallo, a brother at Biloxi. He was preceded in death by Willie Josephine Fallo (1950-1950), a sister.
Mr. Fallo's funeral was under the auspices of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. After a Mass at Nativity B.V.M. Catholic Church, his corporal remains were interred in the Biloxi Cemetery.
