Formerly of Brillion. Age 95, died Tuesday, February 14, 1989, at the nursing home after a lingering illness. She was born Septmeber 20, 1893, in the Town of Rhine (Sheboygan County), daughter of the late Carl and Helen Gerlach Mahlock. She married Edward Michels, June 22, 1918, in Waukegan, Illinois. She was a member of Peace United Church of Christ, Brillion, an honorary member of the Womens Guild, and the Brillion Valley Homemak-ers.
She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law: Jeanette Bubolz, Blue Spring Lake; Lucille and Elroy Bubolz, Brookfield; seven grandchildre, 11 great-grandchildren. Her husband preceded her in death May 10, 1977; also preceding two sons, four sisters, and two brothers.
Funeral will be 7:30 p.m. at Friday at the Wieting Schneider Funeral Home, Brillion, with Rev. Joseph Mills officiating. Burial will be in the Brillion Community Cemetery.
