MINNIE TEMRECK

Mrs. Minnie Temreck, 86, of 121 Paine St., Kiel, died Sunday morning at Chilton Village Nursing Home in Chilton, where she had resided for two weeks.
The former Minnie Mahloch was born Aug. 27, 1899, in the Town of Rhine, daughter of Carl and Lena Gerlach Mahloch. She had attended Kiel Schools. On Feb. 25, 1919, she married Erich Temreck at Bethlehem United Church of Christ in the town of Schleswig. The couple farmed in the town of Schleswig until retiring in 1950, when they moved to New Holstein. Mr. Temreck has died in 1968. For the past six years, Mrs. Temreck had resided in Kiel. She was a member of St. Peter United Church of Christ in Kiel.
Surviving are a granddaughter a great grandson; and one sister, Ida Michels of New Holstein. She was preceded in death by one son, two sisters and two brothers.
The funeral will be Wednesday at Meiselwitz Funeral Home in Kiel. The Rev. John Baumann, pastor of St. Peter UCC, will officiate. Burial will be in the Kiel cemetery.
