Evan John "Jack" Evans joined the Navy in WWII and spent lot of time in Scotland, He met and married a local girl Named Sadie and lived in Gourock on the River Clyde near Glasgow for the rest of his life. One of the things that James Evans remember about Evan John he spoke Welsh with a Heavy Scottish Accent. One of his last requests was to have his ashed scattered on the farmland in Penrhyncoch where he grew up.
