Jill graduated from Escanaba High School in 1979. She furthered her education at Bay de Noc Community College receiving her associates degree in water technology.
She was employed as a water tech plant supervisor in Winston Salem, N.C., and worked for many years in South Carolina.
She enjoyed special times at the family camp where she loved hunting, wildlife and the great outdoors.
Among her survivors include her father, Leo "Sonny" Milkiewicz of Escanaba; brother, Todd (Kathy) Milkiewicz of Escanaba; nieces, April (Mark) Stropich of Escanaba, Brooke Milkiewicz of Escanaba, Sarah Milkiewicz of Green Bay, Wis.; great-nephews, Grant Milkiewicz-Tryan and Caleb Stropich; great-nieces, Aubrey and Addyson Stropich of Escanaba; aunt, Bernadette "Bun" Milkiewicz of Escanaba; uncle, Bob (Janis) Seamans of Cave Creek, Ariz.; several cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Joy Janet Milkiewicz; and sister, Kim Ann Milkiewicz.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, Aug. 29, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home in Escanaba. The funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. A meal will follow at St. Anne's Church.
Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
