Lois Erickson 1920-1997
Lois F. Erickson, 77 rural Chanute, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 1997, at her home.
She was born Dec. 8, 1920, at Altoona, to Walter H. and Marie H. Wiltse Bradford.
She grew up in the Altoona area where she attended school. Since her marriage she has lived on the same farm in Neosho County.
A homemaker, she was a member of E>H>U>
She married Lynn D. Erickson Jan. 27, 1940, at Oswego. He preceded her in death Sep. 25, 1987.
Survivors include two sons, Larry G. Erickson, Tulsa, Rodney L. Erickson, Lexington, Ky., a Brother, Lee Bradford, Rural Chanute; Three sisters, Virginia Stone, buffalo, Berniece Johnson, Chanute, Bonnie Ladd, Humboldt; and a grandson.
Funeral will be 10:30 A. M. Tuesday at Gibson-Koch-Friskel Chapel with burial in Swede Center Cemetery, rural Chanute. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 P.M. Monday at Gibson-Koch-Friskel Chapel.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
