Charles H. Baight
Charles Henry Beight, 79, who operated a lumber mill and cider press at Snodes in Smith Township for 49 years, died at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday in Robinson Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Until recently, Mr. Baight had resided with a niece, Mrs. Roy Bishop in Edinburg, his only survivor. He was a native of Portage County.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. at the Wood funeral home, Ravenna, in charge of Rev. Raymond Miller, pastor of the Edinburg Church of God. Friend may call at anytime. Internment will be made in Edinburg.

Charles Bright is transcribed as sexton records Section D, Row 1...1993 PCHS transcriptions. The only other Bright in transcriptions is section A row 6, Pvt Paul d 1992 assumed no relation since cemetery records indicate spelled wrong no marker
Gravesite Details
There is no tombstone in Edinburg Cemetery for Charles but his burial is recorded in the Sexton's Records with his name misspelled as Charles BRIGHT 1869-1949.
