Roy L. Cable, A retired Frisco Railroad employee, died unexpectedly at his home, 326 W. Flint Ave., following a long illlness. He was 70 years old.
He and Elizabeth B. Fulton were married in 1913.
He and Elizabeth came to Vinita in 1949. He was a memebr of the Trinity Baptist Church here.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Cable of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Floyd J. (Eliza)Lee, Enid; and Mrs. Edward (Angie)Hayes, Vinita; one son Leroy Cable, Atwater, Calif.; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Services were in Luginbuel Chapel with Dr. Grorge Boston, Trinity Baptist Church pastor, officiating.
