ANGELINE BROCKWAY
Deceased whose maiden name was Angeline Dickinson was born in Vermont June 18, 1844 and came to this vicinity when about twelve years of age. For some time past she had been troubled with gall stones, which was the immediate cause of her death, which occured Friday evening.

She was married twice and to her two unions, seven children were born, five of whom survive her, namely: Mrs. Fred Ellwood . Willard and Henry Brockway, Mrs. D. G. Wright, of Minneapolis, Walter Ellwood of Groton, S. D. The funeral services were held in the M. E. Church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Phillips of Hastings, officicitating, and the remains laid to rest in the Clear Lake Cemetery.

The funeral was very largely attended and those from a distance who attended were: Mr. and Mrs. D. G. Wright, Mrs. Wineger and her sister, Mrs. Brown and Clarence Dickinson, of Minneapolis, and Walter Ellwood of Groton, S. D.

With the passing away of Mrs. Brockway, this community misses one who has always proven herself a true Christian, a kind and affectionate mother and good neighbor. We join with the many friends in extending sympathy to the relatives of the deceased.
