Funeral Services for Mabel L. Moore

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday for Mabel L. Moore, 79, formerly of Colfax, at the Williams funeral home in Colfax. Burial will be in Plainview cemetery.
Mrs. Moore died at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Robert Long hospital in Indianapolis of complications arising from five months illness.
She was born in Boone county on November 26, 1880, to William and Sarah (John) Dailey. She was married to Thomas Hines on March 25, 1900, and he preceeded her in death on November 8, 1926. She later married Howard Moore on October 9, 1927, and he preceeded her in death on January 6, 1952.
She was a member of the Colfax Christian church and was a resident of the Colfax community most of her life.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Goodnight of Crawfordsville, one step-daughter, Mrs. Stella Astolfi of Frankfort, one step-son, Lawrence Moore of Frankfort, one brother, Frank Dailey of Noblesville, three grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. today.
