He had a great love for the outdoors and was an avid sportsman.
Kevin is survived by his beloved wife, Michelle, whom he referred to as his "little hunting buddy". He is also survived by his beloved children: his son, Logan, and his stepchildren, Tiffany, Derek and Jeremy Herbest; two brothers, John Whitten and wife, Julie, and Richard Whitten and wife, Heather; two sisters, Karen Hartin and husband, Forrest, and Laurie Moore and companion, Brian Westman; many nieces and nephews; and his stepmother, Maryanne Whitten. Kevin had many friends and was loved by all.
