Mrs.Allie Howes, 85, Peru Resident, Dies: PERU, Ind.-Mrs. Allie Bappart Howes, 85 years old, died here Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at her residence, 185 East Fifth street. Mrs. Howes was born May 23, 1867, the daughter of Michael and Dorthea Snyder Bappart. On Dec. 15, 1888, she was married to Chas. H. Howes who survives. The survivors include the husband one sister, Miss Lillian Bappart who lives with the Howes; one niece, Miss Hazel Howes of Wichita Falls, Kans., one grandniece, Mrs. Ray Miller of Santa Fe. She was a member of the Methodist church. Friends may call at the Allen funeral home after 4 p. m. Monday. Services will be Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Allen chapel. Burial will be in West Lawn at Denver.
