Mrs. Shipley was born April 15, 1934, in Struthers, a daughter of William and Ruth Royce Eisenbraun.
Mrs. Shipley was a homemaker and also worked at Hills Department Store and was a manager at the Austintown Flea Market.
She was a member of Christ Community Church in Campbell. Sally was also a former member of Rebekah Lodge 719.
She was a bowler and an avid collector of teddy bears.
Her husband, Delmer W. Shipley, whom she married, Dec. 24, 1950, died April 18, 2001.
She is survived by two daughters, Shelley Williams of Youngstown and Vicky (C.J.) Andre of New Middletown; five sons, Delmer (Beatris) Shipley Jr. of Valley Mills, Texas, James (Aida) Shipley of North Lauderdale, Fla., Ernest (Lisa) Shipley of Boardman, Ted (Nikki) Shipley of Westminster, Colo., and Terry (Donna) Shipley of Liberty; 22 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Ralph Eisenbraun; and a sister, Ruth Moats.
Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bill Rotar officiating. Interment will follow at Green Haven Memorial Gardens.
