WILLIAM MILLER, my husband, late of Fayette County, now Sanford County, departed this life on the 17th day of June 1869, leaving a small Personal Estate and Real Estate amounting to four hundred acres of land in Said County in T14 R14 of which real estate me as the wife or widow of said decedent have a right to claim my dower and my children heirs of the same deed are legal heirs of the remaining portion of said Real Estate.
