Mr. Clarence Austin 'Cowboy' Walls, age 80 of Burns died Friday April 13, 2012 at Baptist Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Clarence 'Cowboy' Walls were held Sunday April 15, 2012 at 4 PM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Thomas Sullivan officiating. Place of rest is in the Stuart Cemetery.
Mr. Walls was born in DeKalb County, Tenn. he was the son of the late Roy V. Walls and Nannie Louverna Adcock Walls. He was the oldest son and sibling to 15 children born to his parents, between the years of 1932 and 1957.
He was preceded in death along with his parents, his siblings : Gene and Tommy Walls, sisters, Janie Woodlee and Anne Farless.
He was a retired electrician and he attended the Old Path Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Myatt Walls of Burns; sons, Larry Walls (Anne) of Rock Island, TN, Jeffery Walls (Roxanne) of Burns; daughter, Diana Jaco; brothers, Dan Walls and Phillip Walls both of Smithville, Bobby Walls of Delaware; sisters, Thelma Webb and Wanda Hollis both of McMinnville, Rita Walls, Kathy Scott, Ellen Clayton and Verna Green all of Smithville; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
