William Walter "Bill" Balow, 32, Rt. 3 New Auburn, died Sunday, Sept. 20, at home.

He was born June 21, 1954 in Chippewa Falls to Gladys (Loew) and Alfred Balow.

William worked at Mastercraft Casket Company in Ladysmith for the last eight years.

He was a member of Notre Dame Church and A.A.

Survivors include his mother, Gladys, Rt. 3 New Auburn; one sister, Mary Lou (Marvin) Schneider, Chippewa Falls; two brothers, Alfred III, Lorton, Virg., and Donald, West Lynn, Ore.; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred "Vern" in 1983; and one brother, Charles.

Interment will be in Island Lake Cemetery.
