Survived By: His wife, Ruth Ann, Castle Dale, UT; sons, Michael Ray and Philip John, both Logan, UT; stepson, James D. Jaques, Layton, UT; five grandchildren: mother, Margaret Mawhinney, West Valley City, UT; brother, James Peter Angeli, Salt Lake City, UT; sisters, Janice McCarvey, Georgia; Marilyn Tunnell, Kearns, UT.
