The date of 4 March 1839 is incorrectly given on her tombstone. Her baptismal record indicates she was baptized on the 3rd day of March 1835 when 2 days old. (See attached baptismal record.) This date (of 1 March 1835) was also given in the research of W. D. Hamilton in his works "Old North Esk and "Miramichi Papers."
