Order to hear Petition for Final Settlement

IN PROBATE-MANITOWOC COUNTY COURT
In the matter of the estate of James Wright, deceased.
On reading and filing the petition of Jacob D. Williams administrator
of the estate of said deceased for the adjustment and allowance of his
administration account and the assignment of the residue of said estate
to such other persons as are by law entitled to the same.
It is ordered that said account be examined, adjusted and allowed at a
special term of said Court to be held at the office of the County Judge
in the city of Manitowoc in said County, on Tuesday, the 20the day of
Apr. A.D. 1885.
It is further ordered, that upon the adjustment and allowance of such
account by this Court as aforesaid, the residue of said estate be, by
the further order and judgement of this court, assigned to such persons
as are by law entitled to the same.
It is further ordered, that notice of the time and place of the examination
and allowance of such account, and of the assignment of the residue of said
estate, be given to all persons interested, by publication of this order
for three successive weeks, before said day, in the Lake Shore Times a
weekly newspaper printed and published at the City of Manitowoc and State
of Wisconsin.
