Albert Wienke, 93, (above) of 515 N. Ninth St., Manitowoc, retired farmer, died
early Monday at the Fair Hills Home, Rosecrans, where he has been a patient.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church,
Manitowoc. The Rev. A. M. Stenzel will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born in Liberty in 1862 and 68 years ago married Miss Bertha Lierman. They
located on a farm in Liberty and in 1918 moved to a farm in Mishicot. In 1931 they
moved to Manitowoc. His wife died in 1940.
Surviving are a son, Louis of Liberty and two grandchildren, Ray Brown and Earl
Hawkins of Manitowoc. A daughter, Mrs. Laura Hawkins, died last November.
Friends may call at the Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 2 p.m.
Tuesday. The casket will be moved to the church at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
