Evelyn Valibile, age 82, of 1317 Grand Ave., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly
Thursday morning, September 4, 1997, at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, September 6, 1997, at the
Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Camillus Janas O.F.M.
with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born July 29, 1915, in Denmark, daughter of the late James and Helen
Just Janda. On November 25, 1937, she married George B. Valibile at Luxemburg,
Wis. He preceded her in death December 17, 1996. Evelyn was employed with the
Book and Gift Store in Manitowoc.
Survivors include a sister, Violet Etzel, Los Angeles, Calif.; two nephews, Harry
Schaefer and his wife Nancy, Manitowoc, Donald Schoenberger and his wife Debbie,
St. Paul, Minn. Also surviving is a special friend, Debbie Turman, Middleton,
Wis.; very special neighbors; along with other relatives and friends. She was
preceded in death by one son, Larry.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 5-8 p.m. this Friday
(TONIGHT) where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. by Deacon Robert Drobka.

obituary of Evelyn Valibile.
Survivors also included a great-nephew and a great-niece, Chad and Aime Schaefer.
Evelyn was also preceded in death by a sister, Carol L. Schaefer; and a brother,
Earl "Duke" Janda.
