Within a week past death has again spread its dark wings and visited our community, carrying away to that great unknown country from whence no travelers returneth, three of its weary pilgrims.
On Monday, Mr. Chas. Trost died at his residence on Washington Street. Mr. Trost came to Manitowoc 24 years ago, being 43 years of age at the time of his death and has been identified with the gradual growth of our city as well as its manifold interests up to the present day. Being an ingenious, frank and liberal man, he leaves many friends who cherish a kind remembrance for him.
