RAYMOND J. TRAINOR

Raymond J. Trainor, age 89, a resident of the Wright Home, Manitowoc, died
Wednesday afternoon, July 26, 1995, at the Wright Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 1995, at the
Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc and 10 a.m. at St. Paul's Catholic Church,
Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Ronald
Reimer with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Raymond was born July 31, 1905, in the town of Manitowoc Rapids, son of the
late Henry and Bridget Gallagher Trainor. He married the former Margaret Zinkel
May 29, 1940, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Alverno. The couple have been
life-long residents of Manitowoc moving to the Wright Home in May of 1994. Mr.
Trainor was a retired mechanic for the City of Manitowoc.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret R. Trainor, Manitowoc; two sons and
daughters-in-law, James and Barb Trainor, Manitowoc, Paul and Debbie Trainor,
Eldridge, Iowa; one daughter and son-in-law, Rosemary and Richard Shimek,
Manitowoc; two sisters-in-law, Lucy Trainor and Norma Trainor, both of Manitowoc.
He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by four
brothers, Michael Trainor, Joseph Trainor and his wife, Irene, Frances Trainor,
Lester Trainor and a sister, Laura Logan and her husbnad, Al.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Fuenral (sic) Home from 4-8 p.m. Friday, July 28.
A Rosary service will be held by the St. Paul Adoration Society at St. Paul's
Catholic Church 9:45 a.m. Saturday.
