Otto Tittl, 57, of 405 South 30th street, Manitowoc, died Friday afternoon at
the Holy Family hospital. He had been seriously ill three weeks.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the St. John Evangelical church,
the Rev. Paul Blaufuss officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Tittl was born in Germany in 1895 and in 1923 came to Manitowoc. In 1925 he
married Miss Dora Krueger. For the past 20 years he operated the U-Need grocery
at 1410 Washington street, Manitowoc.
Survivors are his wife, a daughter Marie and son Karl of Manitowoc; brother,
William, in Germany and three sisters, Marie, Ella and Olga, all in Germany.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer funeral home, Manitowoc, after 10 a.m. Sunday.
The casket will be moved to the church at 10:30 a.m. Monday.
