ALBERTINA SCHWARTZ
Mrs. Albertina Schwartz, 85, of 1205 Manila St., Manitowoc, died early Tuesday
at the Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Allen McCaul will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born Albertina Tegge in Germany in 1868 and three years later her
parents moved to Canada. Ten years later they located in Manitowoc. In 1884
she was married to Emanuel Lorenz. He died in 1892. In 1894 she was married
to John Schwartz. He died in 1943.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Emma Kull of Manitowoc; two sons, Oscar and
Charles Lorenz of Manitowoc; two brothers, Fred of Two Rivers and Charles of
Manitowoc; four grandchildren and a great grandchild.
