Oscar F. Lorenz, 77, of 1521 S 13th St., Manitowoc, died Sunday at Holy Family
Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm Wednesday at Pfeffer
Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Paul N. Blaufuss will officiate and burial
will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Lorenz was born July 31, 1889 at Manitowoc, son of the late Emmanuel and
Albertina Tegge Lorenz. He married Anna J. Reif in January, 1914 at Manitowoc.
His wife died July 27, 1966. He worked for Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry 25 years,
retiring in 1956. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 706.
Survivors include a son, Oscar C.; two daughters, Mrs. Anton (Elaine) Hein and
Miss Madeline; a brother, Charles and a sister, Mrs. Emma Kull of Manitowoc and
three grandchildren. Friends may call at the funeral home this Tuesday evening.
