FRANK ROSINSKY

Frank Rosinsky, 89, formerly of 1225 S. 11th St., Manitowoc, died Saturday
evening at Gran Care Nursing Home, Green Bay, where he was a patient two
months.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Wesley Methodist Church,
Manitowoc, the Rev. Donald Stannard officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery with military rites by the Drews-Bleser American Legion Post 88.
Mr. Rosinsky was born Dec. 4, 1875, at Manitowoc, son of the late Carl and
Gusta Ziebell Rosinsky. He attended local schools and served in the Spanish
American War from April 28 until Nov. 16, 1896. He was in Co. H. Second
Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry Regiment, and was discharged as a sergeant. He
married Hilda Nimz July 26, 1924, and the couple always resided at Manitowoc.
He was a machinist for 30 years at Mirro Aluminum Co., and during World War
II was a machinist at Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc., retiring in 1948. His wife
died in 1949.
Mr. Rosinsky resided at Shady Lane from 1961 until 1965 when he was hospitalized
at the Veterans Hospital at Wood, Wis., and for the last two months had been at
the nursing home.
Surviving are a son, Carl, of Manitowoc, two sisters, Mrs. Sam Willott, of Two
Rivers and Mrs. Frank Nemetz, of Manitowoc, a brother, Richard, of Manitowoc
and nine grandchildren. Three sisters and five brothers preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 p.m. Tuesday until 10
a.m. Wednesday and then at the church. A church memorial has been established.

DOUBLE WEDDING
Samuel Willott of this city was one of the contracting parties in a double wedding
ceremony which took place at the Nimz home on South Eleventh Street, Manitowoc
Saturday morning. His bride was Mrs. Martha Koch of Manitowoc. The other couple
to enter upon the sea of matrimony thru the same ceremony were Miss Hulda Nimz
and Frank Rosinsky, both of Manitowoc, the groom being a brother of Mrs. Willott.
The double wedding took place at 4:30 in the morning and was witnessed by only a
small group of immediate relatives of the principals. The couples boarded the
limited for New York City where they will spend ten days. Mr.and Mrs. Rozinsky
will make their home at Manitowoc. The Willotts will reside at 1628 Twenty-Fourth
Street, Two Rivers.
