LOUISE ROEPKE
Miss Louise Roepke, 53, died last night at the Holy Family hospital of a heart
attack. She resided with a sister, Miss Laura Roepke, principal of the Madison
school, at 1112 Huron street.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. from the Wattawa, Urbanek and
Schlei funeral home and at two o'clock from the First German Evan. Lutheran
church, the Rev. O. H. Koeninger officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen
cemetery.
Miss Roepke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Roepke, was born at Manitowoc
Rapids in 1888 and has resided in this city most of her life.
Survivors are two sisters, Laura of this city, Mrs. E. F. Schulz, of Appleton;
four brothers, Edwin and R.J., of this city, J. W. of Milwaukee, the Rev.
William Roepka, of Marquette, Mich.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home from Saturday evening until the hour
of the services Monday.
