PAULINE ROCKHOFF

Mrs. Harold C. Rockhoff, 43, Two Rivers resident for the last 18 years, was
found dead at her home at 22__ 12th street in Two Rivers at 6 o’clock this
morning.
Mrs. Rockhoff had been seriously ill for the last month, having been stricken
with a nervous condition.
Funeral services are to be held Monday but all arrangements have not yet been
completed. The body was taken to the Beduhn funeral home in Two Rivers where
it may be viewed from Saturday afternoon to the time of the services.
Mrs. Rockhoff, nee Pauline Mahloch, was born at Collins, Manitowoc county, on
June 1_, 1898. She lived there until her marriage on June 6, 1923. Shortly
after the marriage the couple moved to Two Rivers where Mr. Rockhoff engaged
in the grocery business. For several years her husband was Two Rivers relief
director and in recent years he has been employed in the office of the C.
Reiss Coal company.
A member of the Dorcas society, Mrs. Rockhoff was active in all its affairs and
in other affairs of the St. John’s Lutheran congregation in Two Rivers.
Survivors are the widower; two sons, Carl, 16, and James 12; father, John Mahloch,
of Collins; three sisters, Mrs. Lily Klann of Reedsville; Mrs. Emma Fluhr of Kiel,
and Mrs. Elsie Anholt of Valders; and two brothers, Edmund Mahloch of Collins,
and John Mahloch of Sheboygan.
