EARL RAMMINGER

Earl Ramminger of Largo, Fla., died Saturday, Dec. 2, 2002 at home. Earl spent most of his life in Manitowoc and Sand Bay, where he co-owned and operated Ramminger's Bakery for 39 years. He was a member of the BPOE for 54 years and piloted his own airplane from 1946 - 1967. In. 1977 Earl and Geraldine located to Florida as part-time residents and in 1996 made the move permanent. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Vertz Ramminger; his parents, Alfred and Milda (Kieselhorst) Ramminger; his brother, Bucky and a granddaughter, Susan Gaugh.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Defaut, Largo, Fla., and Susan and Larry Mesarich, Burnsville, Minn.; three granddaughters, Jill and Michael Wick, Manitowoc, Jody and Lenny Rohr, St. Petersburg, Fla. and Robyn and Joe Wisely, Clearwater, Fla.; five great grandsons, Jedd Schultz, Chicago, Ill., Steven and David Wicks, Manitowoc, Travis Holmes, St. Petersburg, Fla. and Toby Gaugh, Largo, Fla., one great granddaughter, Jennifer Rohr, St. Petersburg, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Helen Vertz and a step granddaughter, Denise and Chas Kurth, Manitowoc and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Monday, Jan. 6 at 11 m at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepard, 10891 102nd Ave., N. Seminole, Fla. 33778. The Reverend Priit Rebane officiating. Memorials may be made to the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepard.
