JOSEPH PFEFFER (d. 1867)

In Probate.
State of Wisconsin, Manitowoc County, ss. In the matter of the Proof and Probate
of the last will and testament of Joseph Pfeffer, deceased, late of the County of
Manitowoc.
WHEREAS, an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of
Joseph Pfeffer, deceased, late of the County of Manitowoc has been filed in this
office; and whereas, application has been made by Anna Pfeffer, praying that the
same be proven and admitted to Probate according to the laws of this State.
Therefore, it is ordered that said application be heard before me at the Probate
Office in the Village of Manitowoc in said county, on the fifteenth day of April,
A.D. 1867, at 10 o'clock A.M. and it is further ordered, that notice shall be given
to all persons interested in said will, of the time and place of said hearing, by
publication in the Manitowoc Pilot, a newspaper printed in said county, for three
successive weeks, once in each week, prior to the time of such hearing.
