Mrs. John Peterik, 77, who had been residing with a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Peterik, 1121 N. Eighth St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening after a short illness at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Friday at Urbanek & Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc and at 9 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church. The Rev. E.A. Radey will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The former Christiana Tikalsky was born at Brillion October 14, 1880, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Tikalsky. She was married in 1906 at Manitowoc. Mr. Peterik died three years ago.
Survivors are the son, John Jr.; a brother, Charles of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. E. Lawrence of Milwaukee and Mrs. Adolph Novak of Antigo; a granddaughter and a great grandchild.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
