Funeral services for Marion A. Lenz, age 88, of 1229 S. 25th St., Manitowoc,
who entered eternal rest on Sunday evening, May 14, 2006, at Holy Family
Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St.
Francis of Assisi on Marshall. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated
by the Rev. Daniel Felton with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Relatives and friends may call at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall, Thursday
morning from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 628 N. Water St.,
Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.

Marion was born Nov. 6, 1917 in Cato. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Frances Vogel Kohlbeck. She had been employed with Margenau Drug Store. On June 25, 1936, she married Edward A. Lenz at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Clarks Mills. He preceded her in death Oct. 21, 2000. Marion was a member of St. Francis of Assisi and a long time member of the former St. Boniface Catholic Church and St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by one son: Edward J. Lenz, Manitowoc; two daughters and sons-in-law: Audrey and Elmer Schmitz, Manitowoc; Karen and Dale Koeser, Maribel; one sister: Dorothy Pearson, Manitowoc; one sister-in-law: Flossie Kohlbeck, Whitelaw; 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends surviving. She was preceded in death by her husband: Edward A. Lenz in 2000, two sisters and four brothers.
