Mrs. Mary Lawrence, 78, formerly of 934 S. 12th St., Manitowoc, died Monday
morning at Manitowoc County Hospital.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc,
and at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. Claude LeClair will
officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The former Mary Leddy was born at Hollandtown, Brown County, Aug, 18, 1884,
daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Leddy. She was married to Louis Lawrence
at Appleton in 1905. He died Aug. 8, 1951.
Surviving her are two daughters, Mrs. John Vogel of Manitowoc and Mrs. Robert
Brickley of Duluth, Minn.; two sons, Robert and Jerome of Manitowoc; a sister,
Mrs. Blanche Ebstone of Nebraska and 14 grandchildren. A son, Edward, died in
1945.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Tuesday where the Rosary will
be recited at 7 p.m.
