Leo Kruzicki, 65, of 2614 Custer St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday evening at Holy
Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 11
a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Harold Berryman will
officiate with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Kruzicki was born Feb. 1, 1911, at Palonia, Wis., son of the late Onufrey
and Rose Wanta Kruzicki. He moved to Manitowoc as a young man, residing at
Manitowoc since. He married Anna Michalek Sept. 11, 1937, at St. Mary Catholic
Church. Prior to his retirement Jan. 1, 1972, he was an electrical contractor.
He was owner and manager of Michalek Electric Inc. He was a member of St. Mary
Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus Council 710 and International Brotherhood
of Electrical Workers.
Survivors include his wife, a son, Kenneth, of Manitowoc; a daughter, Mrs. Charles
(Sandra) Pierson, of Wausau; a brother, Basil, of Shiocton; seven sisters, Mrs.
Felix Richter, of Palonia, Mrs. Henry Schroedel, of Woodruff. Mrs. George Halkoski,
of Brokaw, Wis., Mrs. August Malek, Mrs. John Sigmund and Mrs. Frank Check, of
Manitowoc and Mrs. Martin Rydzewski, of Milwaukee, and eight grandchildren. A
brother and four sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday where a memorial
service will be at 7:30 p.m. by members of Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus,
relatives and friends.
