Mrs. Florence Lillian Haugh, 83, of 3130 Linberg Dr., Manitowoc, died Tuesday
afternoon at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. She had made her home with a son
and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Haugh, the past six years.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
The Rev. D. L. Wandschneider will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery.
The former Florence Wood was born Jan. 16, 1880, at Cedar Falls, Iowa, daughter
of the late Samuel and Ellen Jones Wood. She was married to Fred Haugh Jan. 23,
1901, at Evanston, Ill., and the couple came to Manitowoc in 1942.
Surviving are a son, Earl, of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. William Scott of
Merced, Calif., and Mrs. M. J. Archibald, of Riverside, Calif.; a brother,
Harry S. Wood, of Minneapolis, two grandchildren, two great grandchildren and
nieces and nephews. Her husband died in 1942 and a son also preceded her in
death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 pm. Thursday.
