MINNIE M. BORN
Minnie M. Born, 88 of Manitowoc, formerly of Collins, died Sunday evening,
November 25, 1990, at St. Marys Home, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be
Wednesday at First Lutheran Church, Valders. Rev. Carl Peters will officiate
with burial to follow at Evergreen cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born September 9, 1902, at Collins, daughter of the late John and Louise
Wagner Pollack. She attended Collins Schools and was employed by Born Hardware
at Collins for many years. She married Ruben G. Born on December 8, 1926 at
Collins.
Survivors include a daughter, Lois L. Born of Manitowoc; three sisters-in-law,
Ella Born of Manitowoc, Mrs. Clarence (Meta) Poe of Collins, Mrs. Elwood (Linda)
Habermann of Oshkosh; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her
husband, a son, Roger, a brother and sister.
