Funeral rites will be observed at 3 o'clock this afrtewnoon at the Gray-Ballard-Sorrells Chapel for Frhaklin M. McHenry, 47, who died suddenly at 11:37 o'clock Friday night at te home of his parents, 3811 Wesley street.

Rev. L.D. Ball and Dr. A.A. Duncan will officiate at the service and interment will be in East Mount.

Pallbearers will be Karmon McHenry, Wayne McHenry, Elmer Massay, John Patella, Dick Tarpley and Byron Faulkner

Gonoroary palblearers will be employees of the Postoffice.

Mr. McKHenry was born in Greenville on August 13, 1902 and was the son of mr. and Mrs. R.L. McHenry, pioneer residents of this city. Reared and educated in Greenville, Mr. McHnery made his home here untll eighteen years ago when he moved to New York City. He was engaged in automobile and fender work until his health failed and he returned to Greenville last January.

He had been a member of the First Baptist Church since eleven years of age. Because of his interest in civic affairs and his loyalty to friends he was known an recognized for his many fine traits of character, his friends said.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Dale Wilkes and thre grandchildren, Dallas; his parents, and one brother, Robert McHenry of Los Angeles, Calif., and an uncle, Harve McHnery of this city.
