The bride wore a gray lace street-length dress, matching mitts and shoes, and a corsage of orchids. After a wedding trip to Long Beach, the couple is living at 1029 South Hope, Los Angeles.
July 17, 1954 - Carroll Daily Times - The ashes of Mrs. George Seath of Los Angeles, Calif., were interred in the family lot in the Carroll City Cemetery at 10 a.m. Friday. Out-of-town friends were here from Rockwell City and Lake City for a brief service.
Mrs. Seath, the former Mrs. Effie Crook Vernon, died at Los Angeles in March. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T.H. Crook of Carroll, both of whom are deceased. Interment was under the direction of the Huffman Funeral Home.
