In 1880 at the age of 16, Thomas was living with a family in Pulaski and working as a clerk in a drug store. In 1900, the next available census, he is living in Huntsville, AL with his wife Lucie, and is a druggist. The 1910 Alabama census says he and Lucie had been married for 20 years, but there are no indications that they had children.
Passenger records in NYC indicate that the couple visited France in 1926, and his wife also visited there in 1927 via Canada.
He died in Huntsville in 1928.
Should anyone happen to have information on him, I'd certainly like to hear more and would love a photo. He was the last of Carey and Betsy's children I had to track down.
