OLIVE MALINDA MINKLER was born 23 Sept 1842, to parents Daniel Minkler and Lucy (nee Smith).

HOME: Her home was in Vermilion Twp (Erie County), and per the newspaper, "Vermilion News", 'early in life, Mrs Lee united with the Joppa M.E. Church and has attended the M.E. Church at Berlin Hts the past 19 years.'

WED: Olive wed Thomas B. Lee on Sept 13, 1858, just shy of her 16th birthday, and when Thomas was aged 19.

1) Lillian, Nov 13, 1862, memorial 91978949
2) Nellie, May 1866, memorial 52179876
(two others died in infancy)

80th BIRTHDAY: Per the newspaper, "Berlin Call", 28 Sept 1922; "Mrs. Thos. Lee's children & grandchildren gathered as a surprise, with well filled baskets to help celebrate her 80th birthday anniversary on Sunday. The table was spread for 22. Those present were: Mrs. Lee's sister, Mrs. Eliza Driver, Mr & Mrs H.E. Brundage, Mr & Mrs Alvin Shoop, Mr & Mrs Elmer Shoop & children, Mr & Mrs Lawrence Shoop, Mr & Mrs Michael Quenlan, Mr & Mrs Lloyd Stephens and son. An enjoyable day was spend by old and young."

DEATH: Per Ohio Death Certificate, Reg District 354, File # 31737, she died from influenza at age 81 years, 6 mos, 18 days. She is buried at Riverside Cemetery, next to husband Thomas B. Lee ~
