Harold (Happy) Troxell, 63, who worked on the garbage disposal trucks of J.F. Storm, Phillipsburg, for the last 30 years, died yesterday at his home at 99 Cherry Street, Phillipsburg.
Mr. Troxell had been unable to work since last March when he suffered burns when his clothing ignited by a fire at the Phillipsburg town dump.
Mr. Troxell served in the US Army in this country during World War I.
He was born on Chestnut Hill, near Easton, a son of the late Clinton and Elizabeth Rinker Troxell. He was of the Lutheran faith.
