1805 - He was first mentioned in the Wythe County records when certain items of his personal property were stolen by Daniel Cunningham.
1807 - Purchased 1/2 of lot 41 from Joseph Leedy and his wife, Margaret (Wythe County Deed Book 4, Page 503)
1809 - He was paid $27.34 as a stonemason for repairing the Wythe County Courthouse and Jail.
1813 - He purchsed lot 63 from William Preston.
1819 - Henry was guardian of Nancy Whitmore, orphan of Jacob Whitmore, and filed his report on August 12th.
1829 - He was paid for work on the bridge over the Town Branch.
