OBITUARY
Funeral services for Mrs Edna R Ormsby, 60, wife of L P Ormsby will be held at the family residence on route five, this city, at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with Rev A W Wilson pastor of the United Presbyterian church, officiating. Mrs Ormsby died Sunday morning at the family home after a lengthy illness. Mrs Ormsby who was born in the state of Illinois, came to Skagit county with her husband and family from Texas 6 years ago. The Ormsbys purchased a farm on route 5 where they have since resided. Survivng are the husband and two sons, Clarence E Ormsby and William L Ormsby, both of whom reside in the state of Minnesota; two daughters, Miss Flora M and Mrs Martin Geisendorf, who are at the parental home; a brother W E Kidder of route 5, this city, and two sister, Mrs R S McKee of Seattle and Mrs J E Blackburn of Illinois. The remains will be conveyed by Undertaker Aaron Light to Bellingham for cremation.

FUNERAL IS HELD FOR MRS ORMSBY
Neighbors filled the home of L P Ormsby near Little Mountain yesterday afternoon to pay their last respects to Mrs Edna R ormsby, 70, who died Sunday after a lengthy illness. Although the Ormsby family has lived in this community only 6 years, the aged woman made many friends as evidenced by the many profuse floral offerings. The Rev A W Wilson of the Presbyterian church was in charge of the final rits after which the remains were conveyed by Undertaker Aaron Light to Bellingham for cremation. Music for the service was furnished by Pauline Walston, who sang two selections. Pallbearers were George Storrs, Leslie Clair, Levi Vauge, Ed Smith, J W Watkinson, and Tom Felt.
